1. CU3OX is free for non-commercial use.
You MAY:
1.1 install and use CU3OX for non-commercial use;
1.2 create web photo galleries and save them
for non-commercial use only;
1.3 redistribute the Free Version by any mean (CD/DVD, Cover Disc,
Web site etc..) as long as you do not change the original package
and distribute only the original install package without
permission from the author.

2. You MAY NOT:
2.1 use the Free Version for comercial websites;
2.2 use the web photo galleries created with the Free Version
for comercial websites;
2.3 sell this Free Version install package;
2.4 remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other
notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software;
2.4 cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation
or alteration of this Software;
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil
prosecution.

3. All copyrights to CU3OX are exclusively owned
by CU3OX.com. Any copy of this software, as well as
created web photo galleries, must contain all of the original
proprietary notices.

4. CU3OX IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE CU3OX AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. Installing and using CU3OX Free Version signifies
acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
remove CU3OX files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
